Making or remaking the beds is included as part of all cleaning services we provide. In the event that you would want us to change the bedsheets on any bed. We ask you to please make sure to have the new/clean bedsheets ready, preferably placed in the same room. Our cleaners will not be able to wait if the sheets are being washed or dried, as this will conflict with the appointments they are assigned throughout the day.

We proudly serve Nashville and the surrounding areas, including all Williamson County, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Spring Hill, Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, and College Grove. The duration of the cleaning time varies depending on the type of cleaning service that you are booking, as well as the status of your home and additional services being requested. Our cleaners will work as effectively and efficiently as possible, to make sure that they complete the job in a timely manner with the best results possible.

Weekly and bi-weekly assignments account for most of our total revenue, and are mostly performed on a fixed-fee basis. These fees are most often established by online or in person estimates. Special cleaning requests are charged additionally. Call us for a customized estimate.

Before we can begin to perform routine weekly or bi-weekly maintenance cleaning on a home, there are usually a variety of “first-time” tasks which require extra attention on our first visit. Our first cleaning visit is more like a deep cleaning service. In fact, it’s not uncommon for our housecleaners to spend longer time on a first-time cleaning than it takes us on regular, repeat maintenance visits.

We happily and intelligently run teams of one – four persons, depending on the clients, the location, and the circumstances.

While we strive to maintain the same cleaning crew for your home, there are unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, vacations that may require us to send a different team. Our priority is to ensure your cleaning service remains reliable, and if a change is necessary, we will dispatch a new crew who is familiar with your home and its specific needs.

Rest assured that our team members are trained professionals who know what they are doing and will pay attention to the details you value. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these situations. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities!

You are more than welcome if you choose to stay. We understand that you are busy, and we DO NOT expect you, to be there during the entire duration of the cleaning service. It is your choice to stay or go out and make the most of your free time. You also have the option to leave hidden keys, provide a code, have keys placed in a lock box, have friends or relatives open the door for the cleaners, or have front desk authorization if you live in a high-rise building. We will make sure to turn all the lights off and make sure all the doors are locked behind us upon job completion.

We always treat our client’s homes with the utmost care and respect. However, accidents can happen, even with the most careful housecleaners. If something is damaged or broken, the housecleaner will notify the office right away and will inform the owner of the damage. We will work diligently with you to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Once you decide to use our professional housecleaning service we will work with you to help find the best possible day to service your home and meet your needs. We normally work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

A factor that may determine your specific cleaning day is the weekday on which a housecleaner is already in your area. If your housecleaner is already cleaning several homes in your neighborhood on Wednesday, then that is likely to be your assigned cleaning day.

Schedules are set with a 1-3 hours arrival time.

CANCELLATION POLICY– Our schedule is planned on a monthly basis, with each client assigned a specific time slot for their services. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at (615) 983-3324. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.

**48-Hour Notice Requirement**  

To respect both our time and the schedules of other clients, we require a **48-hour notice** for any cancellations, rescheduling, skipping, or adding of services. Last-minute cancellations can disrupt our scheduling and operations.

**Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice** will incur a charge of the full service fee.

– If we arrive at your home and cannot clean due to lack of access (garage code, door code, keys, or no one being home), a **$75 lockout fee** will be applied. Payment for this fee, as well as any missed cleaning, must be made in full before scheduling any future services.

**Impact of Cancellations on Pricing** 

Please note that if a cleaning is canceled and results in a service gap of more than six weeks, your account may be moved to a different pricing bracket (e.g., from weekly to bi-weekly or bi-weekly to every four weeks). If your cleaning is skipped for more than six weeks, an additional deep cleaning charge may apply, as more time will be required to restore your home to its previous level of cleanliness.

 Unlike retail or salon services, our cleaning business does not have the luxury of walk-in customers to fill our schedules when a cancellation occurs. When we schedule your cleaning service, we reserve that time exclusively for you and turn away other business. Therefore, cancellations can significantly impact our operations, which is why we have these policies in place.

**Access on Cleaning Day**  

On the day of your scheduled cleaning, please ensure that we have access to your home. This can be done via a garage code, door code, or by having someone at home to let us in.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy, which helps us serve you better!


We want to make you happy, so if you have any special requests or would prefer we don’t perform some of our basic cleaning tasks, simply let us know and we will customize your cleaning to your needs. We’ll even put out fresh food and water for your pets if you want us to – just tell us where to find the food and consider it done. You’re the customer and we are only happy if you are happy!

No. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you want to use any specific products simply let us know in advance and we will be more than happy to oblige!

We take online payments. We will simple send you an invoice and there are different options on it for you to pay. Contactless payments, ensures safety and convenience by eliminating the need to exchange paperwork, cash, or checks.

At PlusMaids, we do not require or expect tips for our cleaners. However, if you believe in rewarding hard work and wish to express your appreciation, any amount of gratuity is always welcomed and highly appreciated. Gratuity is a meaningful way to say thank you to our cleaning professionals for their dedication and effort.

Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with any part of our cleaning service, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we will return on the next business day (or the same day, if possible) to address your concerns.

We believe in continuous improvement and strive to enhance our services for our clients, which is why we maintain a high client retention rate. While we may occasionally encounter issues, we are committed to rectifying them as promptly as possible. Please note that our guarantee is not valid if other work crews or contractors are on-site performing work.

Although we do not provide refunds for services, we will gladly return to reclean any areas of concern reported within 24 hours of your cleaning. Just simply send us photos. We aim to ensure all our clients are satisfied, so if you notice anything we may have missed, please let us know right away. We are always happy to assist and ensure you are pleased with our service!

We believe that cleaning is a very personal and human service. We understand that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. While WE DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS, we are committed to ensuring our clients are happy with our services.

If an area has not been cleaned to your satisfaction, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours after the cleaning is completed. We will assess the situation and will resolve any as quick as possible for free.

Removing paint is generally the responsibility of a painter, not a cleaning service. Here are a few reasons why:

 **Special Chemicals Required:** Removing paint necessitates the use of specialized chemicals that can be harsh and potentially damaging to surfaces such as wood, metal, and other materials. Using these chemicals without proper expertise can result in significant damage.

**Surface Damage Risk:** The chemicals and methods used for paint removal can harm various surfaces if not handled correctly. Our team is trained for general cleaning, not for the specialized procedures required to safely and effectively remove paint.

**Focus on General Cleaning:** At PlusMaids, our emphasis is on delivering high-quality general cleaning services. This includes tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning, but not specialized tasks like paint removal. For paint removal, we recommend contacting a professional painter or a service that specializes in this type of work to ensure the job is done safely and correctly.

We carry General Liability insurance and we are also bonded. Insurance confirmation is available upon request.

**Recurring Cleaning Service** 

Our Recurring Cleaning Service is tailored for clients who have their homes regularly cleaned by our professional team.  After your home undergoes a thorough our **Deep Cleaning Service** Our recurring service ensures that the cleanliness established during that initial deep clean is maintained over time.This service includes a general cleaning that covers dusting, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping in all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common living areas. Specific tasks include:

– Making or remaking the beds in each room (if needed)

– Taking out trash collected throughout the cleaning process

Additional Recurring Cleaning Tasks:

**Kitchen:** Cleaning countertops, microwave (inside and out), stove (outside), fridge (outside), sink, and floors, including scouring the sink.

**Bathrooms:** Sanitizing shower/tub, toilet (top to bottom), sink, mirror, and floors.

– Dusting and vacuuming all rooms, followed by thorough mopping of all floors.

– Mopping all floors

– Maintaining trim/baseboards and window ledges in all rooms as needed.

– Dusting all light fixtures every 2-3 months.

– Cleaning all doors and removing fingerprints every 2-3 months.

– Cleaning ceiling fans 2-4 times a year.

– Keeping all light switches and plugs clean as needed.

– Ensuring kitchen and bathroom cabinets are kept clean as needed.

– Removing cobwebs when needed.

**Important Note:** Before beginning our Recurring Cleaning Service, it is essential that your home undergoes a **Deep Cleaning Service** by PlusMaids. This ensures that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sets the foundation for effective ongoing maintenance, allowing us to keep your home in optimal condition.

If at any time you feel your home could benefit from another Deep Cleaning, you can easily request this service for an additional charge.

 

**Deep Cleaning Service** 

Our Deep Cleaning Service encompasses everything in the Recurring Cleaning but requires more time and attention to detail. This service is typically recommended when a home hasn’t been cleaned professionally for some time—whether that’s a few weeks or months. Indicators that a deep clean is necessary may include:

– Visible dust, cobwebs, or pet hair throughout the home

– A need for extra attention in various rooms

– High levels of dust due to multiple pets

 **Deep Cleaning Services Include:**

**Kitchen Cleaning:**

– Cleaning all cabinets and appliances

– Moving small appliances and other items to clean the counter area

– Cleaning the tops of all items and replacing them

– Scouring the sink and thoroughly mopping the floors

– Vacuuming

 

**Bathroom Cleaning:**

– Cleaning showers, tubs, toilets, and sinks

– Cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures and treating any mildew

– Cleaning mirrors and shower door tracks

– Moving most vanity items to clean the counter areas

– Cleaning the tops of vanity items and replacing them

– Cleaning bathroom cabinets and floors

 

**General Cleaning:**

– Changing linens and making the beds (if needed)

– Cleaning wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, doors, and door trim

– Dusting and cleaning all furniture and decorative items

– Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors

– Cleaning blinds, baseboards, window sills, and ceiling fans and light fixtures

 

**Important Note:** Before beginning our Recurring Cleaning Service, it is essential that your home undergoes a **Deep Cleaning** by PlusMaids. This ensures that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and that your home is in optimal condition for ongoing maintenance.
