Your first cleaning is a Deep Cleaning, which requires:

  • More time,

     

  • More attention to detail,

     

  • More supplies and labor,

     

  • Resetting the entire home to a “PlusMaids Standard” before we begin maintenance.

     

This deep reset allows us to keep your home efficiently maintained during recurring visits.

Yes. We make or remake all beds as part of every cleaning service. If you want us to change the sheets, please leave clean sheets on the bed. Our team cannot wait for laundry cycles due to daily schedules.

Cleaning time varies depending on:

  • The type of service (recurring vs. deep clean)
  • The condition of your home
  • Whether you requested add-on services

Our teams work efficiently while delivering the best possible results.

Most weekly and bi-weekly clients receive fixed-rate pricing based on their online or in-person estimate. Special requests and add-on services are charged additionally. For a customized estimate, just contact us!

We operate smart, efficient teams of 1–4 cleaners, depending on your home size, schedule, and needs.

We try our best to send the same team each visit. However, illness, emergencies, vacations, or scheduling needs may require a substitute team. All staff are trained to follow PlusMaids’ standards and your home notes. Your satisfaction is our priority!

No. Many clients are not home. You may:

  • Stay home
  • Leave a garage/door code
  • Use a lockbox
  • Have someone open the door

Our teams always lock up and turn off lights before leaving.

We treat every home with great care. If an accident occurs, the cleaner notifies our office immediately, and we contact you to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.

We clean Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Your assigned day depends on when our teams are already in your area. Arrival times come with a 1–3 hour window.

Cancellation Policy

We schedule monthly — each client receives a reserved time slot.

48-Hour Notice Required

For cancellations, rescheduling, skipping, or adding services.

Fees

  • Canceling with less than 24 hours notice: Full service fee

     

  • Lockout (no access upon arrival): $75 fee + missed service must be paid before rescheduling

     

Important Regarding Pricing

If more than 6 weeks pass between visits, you may be moved to a different pricing tier or require a deep cleaning before service resumes.

We customize your cleaning! Just tell us what you like, don’t like, or want added. (Additional fees may apply—see our Add-On list.)

No. We bring everything. If you prefer a specific product, just let us know in advance.

We send an online invoice after your cleaning. You may pay using any of the digital options available. No cash or checks required.

Tips are not required, but always appreciated. If you choose to tip, any amount is welcomed and meaningful to our team.

Yes — 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return the next business day (or same day when possible). Refunds are not offered, but we will re-clean any missed areas.

Guarantee is not valid if other contractors/work crews were present during service.

We do not offer refunds. If you notify us within 24 hours of any area that needs attention, we return at no cost.

Removing paint requires:

  • Strong chemicals

     

  • Specialized training

     

  • Risk of surface damage

     

  • Professional painter expertise

     

For safety, we do not offer paint removal.

Yes — PlusMaids carries full General Liability Insurance and is bonded. Documents available upon request.

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly clients after a deep clean has been completed.

Deep Cleaning

Everything in recurring cleaning PLUS: baseboards, doors, cabinets, blinds, appliances, detailed scrubbing, moving items, high dusting, extra buildup removal.

First-time clients • Homes not cleaned in a while • Extra dusty homes • Pets • Seasonal resets.

All new recurring clients must start with a Deep Cleaning so we can reset the home properly.
